The Role:
We’re excited to open a store in Las Rozas 💖 and are looking for people passionate about fashion and customer service to join our team.
As a Store Manager at Scuffers, your challenge will be to bring our philosophy to life and share it with all our retail customers. Your role is to support the store team while also helping our customers not only find the products they’re looking for, but also experience the brand through you as an ambassador.

Responsibilities:
Lead a team of professionals in a dynamic and enthusiastic way, overseeing store operations to achieve key sales targets and established KPIs.
Have in-depth knowledge of the full product range, style, and materials.
Prepare reports on store performance, product performance, and KPIs; design and implement action plans together with Scuffers teams to unlock the store’s full potential.
Create and uphold customer service standards.
Manage the store’s budget, controlling expenses and maximizing profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and safety regulations.
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Guarantee proper inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control.
Recruit, train, and develop store employees, fostering a motivated and committed team.
Set and communicate sales goals, providing regular feedback.
Resolve conflicts and handle staff performance matters in a professional and constructive manner.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in the fashion sector.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience in team training is a plus.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and face challenges with a positive attitude.
Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strategic vision and business analysis skills for data- and report-driven decision-making.
Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service processes, and objection handling.
Knowledge of CRM strategies within the mass retail sector.
Passion for fashion and product.
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
High level of Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on KPIs.
